If you have applied with your e-mail address and your password to the em.shop, you can have a look under "Your account" at your personal data and you are able to manage these.

How much do I pay to postage?
Our delivery is free of shipping within Germany as a goods value of 50 Euro.
At consignments abroad freight charges arise. The height of the freight charges depends on the supplied country, please simply contact us therefore before your order.
How does it behave with the dispatch abroad?
Until now, consignments abroad are possible only to Austria over Deutsche Post AG.
If you wish a delivery to an other country, please simply contact us therefore before you order.
We will tell you the height of the freight charges by e-mail.
Which payment method can I choose?
We are offering you three payment methods for shipments at the moment:
1. prepayment
2. cash on delivery and
3. payment by paypal new!
Please notice, that we can't offer cash on delivery for shipments abroad!
